Raider Band Wins Best Of Show In Hartselle

 BEST IN SHOW This past weekend, the Raider Band put on a wonderful show at the Hartselle Competition! As a result, they were awarded Best In Show for their class - 2A. This weekend, the Raider Band will be put to the test against much bigger bands, and against ones better than those they faced this past weekend. Join them as they participate in the Mud Creek Competition on Saturday at Hanceville High School. The Raider Band is scheduled to perform at 2:30pm! Sticking with the Grease theme - Be there, or be square! |  Cookie dough sales are in progress, and will continue through this Wednesday, October 8! Be sure to stock up - the holidays are coming soon; and warm cookies would be a wonderful addition to the table! Money from the sales are due to Mr. Fike by the end of school on Wednesday! |  The next football game is this coming Friday at 7:00pm as the Raiders host Hanceville. Be sure to be there to support the Raiders on the field, both the football team and the Band! Be sure to be there to find out how well we did this past weekend with the BBQ sales, and to help decide if we will sell Thanksgiving Turkeys again this year. Your being a Booster is important to the success of the Band! More is needed, though, than just your annual dues. The only way to truly help direct the activities, duties and responsibilities of the Boosters is to attend the meetings and make sure your voice is heard! So, mark your calendar and be sure to be there! |
