LADY RAIDERS TAKE IT TO FIVE!

It's been quite a year for the Good Hope Lady Raiders Volleyball team!  The season culminated with a trip to the AHSAA 2009 ELITE 8 STATE VOLLEYBALL TOURAMENT in Pelham.  Final record 39 - 15.

The Raiders won their quarter-final game 3 - 0 but came up short in the semis falling to Montgomery Academy 3 - 2.  It was a very tough battle through this match!  Two very evenly matched teams doing business on the floor!  Our ladies did a fabulous job against a very strong team.  After winning the first game they lost the next two but came back in the fourth forcing game 5.
